Dragon Quest IX (9): Clearly, they were spent after the greatness that was Dragon Quest VIII (PS2).
Lacks strong emotional storytelling; leans on nonsense quests.

Revisiting Grandia II: Like an old ride at Magic Mountain.
Started strong, ended with a whimper.

Experiencing Wild ARMs 5: The definition of convoluted.
Like they were in a budget crunch and had to do something.
B-
Experiencing Star Ocean - Integrity and Faithlessness (5): Unfinished, or just uninspired...?
I was going to complete this damn game, no matter what it took.

Experiencing Valkyrie Profile: SO that's where Odin Sphere got its inspiration.
I can't think of another game on PSX or PS2 that was more hyped (by fans) than Valkyrie Profile, except maybe Legend of Dragoon.

Revisiting Ephemeral Fantasia: Some games just should never have existed.
Mama. I know you wanted a review that you could read through. With no cussing and [CENSORED]. I tried, but I still gotta do this.
C
Revisiting Suikoden V: Improved, yet regressed.
I didn't play it the first time until well after it had been out for a while.
C-
Experiencing Suikoden IV: The true spiritual sequel to Uncharted Waters.
The real "Uncharted Waters RPG".

Revisiting Star Ocean - Till The End Of Time(3): "BUT....!"
I figured I would give this game another shot. I regret that decision.

Revisiting Atelier Rorona ~The Alchemist of Arland~ DX: Fine if you like alchemy and hate RPGs.
It's not that Rorona is a bad game, it's not.
